It’s in a great location but not good service in general. Positive: The location close to the airport and mall was great. The security guards were also nice and helpful. Negative: The rugs in the rooms need cleaning and there were mosquitoes in the rooms. Overall the place needs a good clean and maintenance/repairs to certain areas. It’s being advertised as flat with untenils and cutlery however I had to ask for extra glass, mug & a frying pan which arrived a day after we checked in and for forks which never arrived during our 3 night stay! They show you a breakfast menu but what you actually receive doesn’t resemble it nor has all the ingredients. Some of the staff also need training as when you start asking questions about the service paid but not being received, they turn to ignore you and walk away!
