good. Positive: check in, room with good bed, new shower and toilet, good working fridge and new magnetron. wifi. Negative: airco not working, room in sun, was given fan instead. asked manager to make up for this by letting me use room after check out time. told me new geust would arrive early. I noticed they arrived way after check out time after 5. so that was not fair.

Great location. Regrettable after service Positive: The hotel’s location is superb—less than a 2‑minute walk to the popular Oxford Street. I stayed on the first floor in Room 3. The property does not have an elevator, but this is not an issue for able‑bodied guests accessing the first floor. The hotel’s Wi‑Fi worked very well. Although the room is in need of maintenance, it was clean and neat. It included a bar fridge and microwave, with crockery and cutlery stored in a drawer. There were enough power outlets for one person and the closet was spacious. The room had both a free‑standing (though dusty) fan and an air conditioner, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower was large but water tended to spill onto the bathroom floor though this dried quickly in Accra’s climate. Towels were old and should be replaced. There was no proper towel rail or any other rail in the bathroom. The cleaning staff were very friendly and responsive, which I greatly appreciated. Negative: The hotel offers no dining options or facilities such as a pool or gym. A very serious concern I have is that I requested an invoice/receipt about 16 days ago for my stay but despite multiple follow‑ups through Booking.com’s website and the hotel’s official WhatsApp number, the hotel has refused to provide me one. This raises questions about possible impropriety on the part of the hotel and I strongly suggest that Booking.com investigate this matter.
