Positive: The staff and the location.
Negative: There were cockroaches in the lounge, and difficulties opening the door, running out of water, etc.

An amazing spot, can't wait to be back!
Positive: I loved the efficiency of the staff, every time something was not working, it was attended to promptly and with sincere apologies.
The hot showers were delightful as I can't take cold showers10/10.
