Disappointing Service and Overpriced Meals Positive: Great location with the Accra Mall and Accra International Airport Just Around the Corner! Close proximity to banks or ATMs if you want to withdraw some cash. Negative: The response from staff has been quite slow. For instance, requesting new sets of towels often requires multiple follow-ups—sometimes up to five times—before the request is fulfilled. Additionally, replacement towels are not readily available, as staff wash and sun-dry them instead of using available drying tumblers. Kitchen not fully equipped hence can be challenging if you want to do some real cooking. The breakfast could also be improved in both quantity and quality. For example, the baked beans served are minimal, only a small spoonful per plate. Overall, the breakfast feels somewhat overpriced given the portion sizes and quality.

Peaceful Positive: Decent accommodation nice and friendly staff. Negative: There are extra rules about visitors such as not having guests after 9pm amongst others. If you have such not so conventional rules, guests reserve the right to know these before making their reservations
