Facility is good but staff need training. Positive: The facilities especially the bed and internet connectivity Negative: The morning receptionist was unsupportive and unwilling to engage in a reasonable discussion. I requested a one-hour extension of checkout from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and indicated my readiness to pay for the extra hour, but she refused to listen or consider the request. This left me quite disappointed with the service.
